■ Procedure and Method for Destroying Personal Information We generally destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The procedure and method for destruction are as follows:

    • Personal information provided by members for membership registration and other purposes is transferred to a separate DB (or paper documents) after the purpose has been achieved. It is then stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to the retention and use period) and destroyed without delay.
    • Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.
